THIS APP USES VpnService FOR MOBILE DATA FIREWALL FUNCTIONALITY. VpnService is used to create a local on-device firewall that blocks
selected apps from using mobile data. No traffic is routed through
any external server. The VPN tunnel endpoint is the device itself.

This app uses Android VpnService API to block selected apps from

VpnService details:
- No external VPN server is used
- No user traffic is monitored or logged
- No personal data is collected or transmitted
- User must manually enable the firewall
- A notification is always shown when VPN is active
- Blocked apps still work normally on WiFi
- VpnService is used ONLY for per-app mobile data blocking

Why VpnService is required:
VpnService is the only Android API that enables per-app mobile
data blocking without root access. No alternative API exists
for this functionality.
